Nice beach restaurant with English menu. Nepalese food, mainly curry dishes with rice. We had the spinach chicken curry, spinach shrimp curry, eggplant curry and chicken curry with rice. All were delicious and in sufficient quantity. They also offer freshly made lassies (yogurt iced shake). To get there, directly walk on the Mibaru beach. It has white picnic-like tables with tents so no worry about the burning sun :)

Shinbara (Meibara) This is a shop in India and Nepalese cuisine on the beach. We received a set of two kinds of curry on weekdays only. The picture is a set of Keema curry and beans of the day. I heard great things about the cafe and couldn’t wait to try it. We stopped by around 5 pm, and the owner said they were out of almost all of their food for the day. We grabbed some snacks and let the boys play in the water for a while. The snacks were delicious, and I can only imagine how delicious the plates are. I can’t wait to come back! The cafe has a few smaller tables and the a few picnic tables along the beach. You can rent more picnic tables under the canopy as needed.
